Usui Reiki is a form of energy healing that is said to have originated in Japan in the early 20th century. It is based on the idea that a life force energy flows through us, and that blockages in this energy can lead to illness or discomfort.  Reiki treatments aim to remove these blockages and promote balanced energy flow.  These sessions are believed to have the ability to heal emotional wounds and traumas by promoting emotional release and balance.  They can help promote relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety and can help alleviate physical pain and discomfort.  Reiki can be used as a complementary therapy alongside conventional medical treatments to support overall well-being and promote healing.  

Yoga with Reiki, merges the two ancient modalities into one powerful practice. When combined, Yoga with Reiki complement each other by promoting overall well-being, relaxation and balance on physical, emotional and spiritual levels.  This all- levels, Restorative or Yin yoga practice is based on balancing the **chakras and ***meridians.  When they are in harmony, they are very powerful in enhancing your energy supply.  Reiki healing energy flows to the student(s) from the teacher throughout the yoga practice. This can be done in person or online as *Reiki has no limits and can be done through distance healing just as effectively as in person. Combining these healing modalities into one session can be incredibly healing and transformative.
